MEMBERS AREA TERMS
Please read my terms you are bound by them weather you read them or not.

General basic terms

You do not have to be a site owner in order to purchase my goods or join my site but if you do own a site please give me your url when ordering or joining.

Please do not share your log in details with anyone that includes any partners of your site family or friends.This membership is for you only.

You must join my updates group before you log in

You must display your logos and link them back to my site within 7 days or i will suspend your membership.

Requesting sig tags
You may request 2 sig tags for yourself and 1 for a friend each time.Please note i said each time not each week some weeks i will get the tags to you very fast other weeks i wont so i ask that you request again as soon as ive sent your last ones off to you.

The facts

” I have a tube lic what does this give me rights to do?”
If you have bought a tube lic from me you can now tube all the lines that you find inside my members area.

” can i tube the AS IS lines you got from other artists?”
Yes you can tube all the lines inside the members area.

“can i sell AS IS tubes now that i have a tube lic?”
No this is a completely different thing no AS IS tube selling using my lines or tubes is allowed only i can do that at this time.

“can i alter your line art?”
No unless you have bought a line alter lic from me.

“can i re colour your tubes?”
No

“I want to add some of your lines or tubes to my members area can i do that?”
No however if you want to take a look at my shop i sell some packs in there with AS IS and if you are a lizapixels member you get a discount.

“How much are tube licenses and do they expire?”
tube lic are $20 and no they dont expire its a one off fee

“is there a special character license to buy?”
No there is not special character lic to buy but there will be special character inside my members area which may have special terms.

“I want to sell some tubes i made using your lines can i?”
Sure IF you own a tubing lic you may use them for profit or none profit

“what else can i use the tubes ive shaded for?”
anything websets stationary sig tags ect and everything can be sold for a profit but please remember to give credit to me were it is due.

“what about the tubes by you that you have inside the members area?”
these must have something added to them before you can offer them anywhere text alone is not enough.Once you have created with them you may use them for profit or none profit use with or without a tube lic,As tube lic are only for my lines.

SHOP TERMS
These terms must be followed for each item purchased from my site.

credits
credit to my site must be given
you will receive a logo with your purchase this must be displayed and linked back to www.lizapixels.com at all times
Web sets will come with credits given please do not remove these.

AS IS
Any packs you buy from me that come with an AS IS license you may add this pack to your password protected members area as they come. You may make the packs smaller to fit your iframes. But the lines/tubes must not be edited in any way.You must display your license and link it back to me on the same page as the lines/tubes.

terms
Do not give anything you purchased from me to another as is nothing should be used as is without the correct license.
you may slightly edit web layouts to suit your needs but the copyright remains mine.

Line packs
Sometimes i may add more to a certain line pack when i do i will email any previous buyers with the extra content.
some packs my be limited it is the character in the pack that is limited not the props that may come with the pack.

You cannot resell my things AS IS without buying a resellers AS IS lic from me so please do not do this.Note that adding packs as is to your members area and reselling with an AS IS lic is a completely different thing
and its very confusing for some. you can offer my lines AS IS to your members with a AS IS lic but you cannot then offer my lines to your members for them to then go and offer them AS IS.I hope ive explained this well if not feel free to email me and i will try and explain further.
